"Just a normal basic hotel breakfast "

"My room was moved to a "pet friendly room". I was ok with that until I went in the room. Pet friendly rooms should have a bordered platform under the box spring so cats cannot get under there. The material under the boxsprings were torn and half of it laid on the floor. Looked very tacky. Before I brought my cat in I looked under the beds with a flashlight. They were absolutely filthy with a sticky trap for bugs under each bed. If a cat put a paw in there to investigate a dead critter, its paw would stick to it and it would be painful to try and get it off. Therefore, I had to keep my cat in a pent up cage so he would not get dirty since I was there for a cat show. The beds were so old that when you went to lay down, you were in a deep indentation where everyone else had been sleeping. Very, very uncomfortable. The manager was not helpful at all. "No other rooms available" she said. I had reserved the room through a 3rd party, so not a good chance of getting my money back. She would not even give me a mop or broom to sweep under the bed. I will never stay at another La Quinta again. This is the second La Quinta that had a filthy room."

"Has underground parking, room's are very clean, kitchen had everything you needed "

"This place may have been in its glory days back in the 90's. But the parking arrangments were the worst ive ever seen. Having to park in an alternate parking lot and walk up stairs was not ideal for me having a disability. Then both of our room keys didnt work. Then i was under the impression people werent supposed to smoke in their room but i could smell it from the balcony. Speaking of the balcony dont put to much of your weight on the guard rale because its missing a bolt. The bathrooms are very small so note that if your in a wheelchair or walker if you try to get a dbl queen room. The one plus side was the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we wont be staying again."

"Great breakfast, nice service, clean/cozy/spacious rooms. 10 min/.7 mile walk to the strip! My only complaint is the coffee is horrible lol. It won’t keep me from coming back, but I hope they improve it."

"The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly upon check in. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pools inside and out. Our grandson especially loved the slide! When we asked to utilize the outdoor fire pit with rockers, a staff member came out to help immediately! So nice! The breakfast was more than expected which is always a great bonus! "

"Very Disappointed right at the beginning. When booking the room, you pick choose a room. So you scroll look at the room, you see a spa tub. You read where it says spa/soaking tub 1 room left. So we grabbed it. I even tried chatting with someone to see if that was the correct room. It sends me a pic of room. You see a spa tub in the pic. So when we check in find out. We did NOT get a spa room. :( So I say everything happens for a reason. Welp still wondering. The room was dirty, dead bug above the door. Old dirty cobwebs. The lamp shades had brown on them. The bed dust ruffle still had the last ppl who stayed snack crumbs. We brought back leftovers that night and open the fridge and FROZEN solid. So there went that. Then the 2nd night the toilet wouldn't flush and needed a plunger. Called front desk 8xs no answer. Also messaged them. My husband drove down to the office where he found a sign that said "Be back shorty sorry for the inconvenience". So he drove 20 minutes to find a plunger and 20 something mins back. In that 40 mins i had not received any messages from the front. By time my hsuband got back he was there and got a plunger. Yet still never received a message. This stay was just Disappointing. It was a weekend gettaway for my Bday.. So i cant really recommend them to anyone. "
