Experiencing the sound of an afternoon rain shower on the roof of the summer house was beyond description. Saw twenty or more bird varieties right outside the lodge. Views are magnificent.

Beautiful lodge in a beautiful, quiet setting, with attentive,friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent. The restaurant cozy, romantic atmosphere with a nice view of the mountains. Only issue was upstairs lodge room was hot, one of the windows didn’t work and made sleeping uncomfortable. I’d stayed there before in a cottage which was much better without the temperature issues, so I’d stay there again, but choose a cottage instead of a lodge room. The staff is very accommodating and helpful.

We have been going to the snowbird for years. We really like the accommodations. We were disappointed that the new inn keeper wasn’t around and visiting with the guests as in past years. Also the wildflower walk activity that I was looking forward to was never mentioned. The morning we were leaving we overheard a man talking to two guests about doing it but it was never mentioned to us, despite my asking about it 3 times.
