"The room we stayed at smelled like dirty feet but they let us check in early so we didnt ask to get switched to another room ( we were going to be out and about most of our stay so we just stayed in that room.) The air conditioning doesnt seem to work well. I dropped it to lowest setting (60 something degrees) and room still felt stuffy and a little warm at time but again we were mostly there to sleep. Last night when we arrived, no parking. We had to park in a parking garage about a 10 min walk on 3rd floor. There is definitely not enough parking in front or side of hotel and the off site parking was a good walk away. The biggest and most concerning problem was the bed bugs and the way the situation was approached. Housekeeping came and took bugs (2) in a cup and left. Upon checking out my parking of $28 a day was waived. I feel the whole stay should be refunded. This is disgusting. The bed bugs was crawling on my daughters chest. "

"Hotel was nice, staff were great but the cleaning was terrible. Dirty mattress pad that clearly had not been washed, hand prints all over the glass bathroom door, old candy wrappers under the couch. This hotel Is affordable but not affordable enough to sacrifice the cleanliness of the rooms. "

"We stayed here as a family and chose Embassy Suites because we’ve generally had reliable experiences, especially with the included breakfast. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, which we appreciated. However, this one was somewhat disappointing. The biggest concern was the breakfast on our first morning, I saw a roach in the muffins, which completely turned me off from eating there for the rest of our stay. There were also a few maintenance and upkeep issues. The washing machines on our floor were not working, and we had to go down multiple floors just to dry towels, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was a small hole in the couch, and the patio furniture showed noticeable wear and tear and could use updating. Overall, while the stay was okay, these issues made it fall short of what we typically expect from Embassy Suites, especially for the price. "

"Check in was smooth. I asked for an extra water but it wasn't delivered. No one explained how to get out of parking lot at the end of our stay and the gate tried to collect money from us even though we already paid. I ended up running back to the front desk and then they just told me to hit the help button. The pool was nice and warm and clean. Would have liked a hot tub. "

"First with the positive. Check in was easy and although parking isn’t included it was inexpensive. We reserved a family room that had an electric stove, microwave and fridge. This was great for keeping snacks fresh for our kids. The beds were comfy and each room has its own TV. Also, this facility had a great variety for breakfast. The AC in to room worked awesome! Now the negative. The bathtub wasn’t draining well and my husband unclogged the drain from wads of hair and gunk. Our ceiling fan didn’t function at all. The kids were missing a chain on their fan and couldn’t change the settings. Lastly there was a crack in the kids bathroom sink. "
