"We stayed here as a family and chose Embassy Suites because we’ve generally had reliable experiences, especially with the included breakfast. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, which we appreciated. However, this one was somewhat disappointing. The biggest concern was the breakfast on our first morning, I saw a roach in the muffins, which completely turned me off from eating there for the rest of our stay. There were also a few maintenance and upkeep issues. The washing machines on our floor were not working, and we had to go down multiple floors just to dry towels, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was a small hole in the couch, and the patio furniture showed noticeable wear and tear and could use updating. Overall, while the stay was okay, these issues made it fall short of what we typically expect from Embassy Suites, especially for the price. "

"Check in was smooth. I asked for an extra water but it wasn't delivered. No one explained how to get out of parking lot at the end of our stay and the gate tried to collect money from us even though we already paid. I ended up running back to the front desk and then they just told me to hit the help button. The pool was nice and warm and clean. Would have liked a hot tub. "

"I was very impressed with this hotel! The building and rooms all felt new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a nice selection, we appreciated the vegetarian mini omlettes, fresh fruit , and yogurt ! We chose this hotel beacuse it included breakfast and gym and wifi for no extra costs. There a $10 fee for parking, but that is much more reasonable than other properties! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel is falling apart and dirty. I could hear sound all night (hall) and from the room above. The finishes inside the room are in poor condition and falling apart. Wouldn’t recommend…"
