"As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. The manager helped us with our local SIM card and even offered to talk with China Telecom customer Service despite the fact he was multi tasking (greeting guests, checking them in and supervising his staff). Appreciation to 朱啟纵 who went out of her way to give us advice on local attractions, restaurants and how best to use the subway system. The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). Definitely recommend the hotel. Exactly what the hotel advertises. No unpleasant surprises. Will definitely be our top choice when visiting Shanghai next time. "Great stay"

"1st time traveling to China and 1st stop in Shanghai. It’s a 5-star hotel in a great location and “Nanjing” walking street just crossing the street. Friendly staff, good service even room cleaning is excellent. Unluckily my room was settled at a low floor (FL 7) and my window view is small street of side of the building and there was a ground floor shop doing renovations from the midnight to the morning every night from my check in to check out. I believe the hotel will do something for me if I make a complaint but I don’t and just let it go. Overall it’s a great place to stay."
