"It’s a gem booked for one night for concert at O2
It’s a really nice friendly hotel
The rooms are a little old and not perfect but everything was clean
The reception staff were really friendly
This is a 3 star hotel I’ve stayed in 4 star hotels not as good as here
The included breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff really nice
We really enjoyed our short stay here the parking was a little tight but got a spot when we arrived
We will definitely stay here again
