The first disappointment was the lack of basic amenities in the room. I don’t mean extras like an iron or coffee maker, but true essentials such as shampoo and conditioner. When I called the front desk, they confirmed that only soap is provided. For a hotel that presents itself as a 3-star, this is simply unacceptable.

Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night."
