Best location but outdated rooms

This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

Banheiro com a porta que não fechava devido ao trinco caindo, porta do box não fechava e molhava o chão todo, cachorro caramelo solto na área molhada da piscina, cachorro latindo a noite no quarto ao lado, falta de toalhas na área da piscina a noitinha, elevador da área da piscina sem interfone e câmeras - fiquei presa por mais de 15min. ( minha sorte que o funcionário Cláudio resolveu). Serviço de manobrista muito demorado e com poucos funcionários - espera de 30min durante o final de semana.
