O pessoal muito atencioso, principalmente o sr. Responsável pelo estacionamento . As acomodações são boas e a limpeza OK. O café da manhã poderia ter mais tipos de pães. A ressalva que temos a fazer é sobre a piscina aquecida. O ambiente é muito grande e não tem nenhum tipo de calefação . A água estava fria . Fizemos queixa e nos disseram que a água estava no máximo , que seriam 32 graus . Era frio e desagradável a temperatura da água . Deveria haver aquecimento no ambiente e a piscina mais aquecida

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, cama enorme e bastante confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Estacionamento cobrado à parte, mas é possivel estacionar gratuitamente na rua ao lado, sem problemas. Fiquei apenas 2 noites, mas saí bastante satisfeita. Equipe de funcionários incrível, fizeram a diferença!!!

Os funcionários da noite não sabiam como funcionava o ar condicionado do quarto. E a culpa não é deles a culpa é de quem faz a gestão do hotel que não capacita todos os funcionários para atender bem os hóspedes.
