"Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while I was out in the morning - seems a bit overkill. "

"Moxy's is a lovely hotel with an incredible breakfast. Super clean and cool design. This would have been a 5 star review aside from the airport shuttle service. We arrived to the lobby 10 minutes before the departure time and were told by staff to wait in the lobby. 15 minutes past and we asked staff again and were told they they will get us when the shuttle arrived. 20 more minutes past, no one came to get us and when I asked the staff member at the counter he said the shuttle arrived at the set time and had already departed. We then had to pay our own cab fair to get to the airport."

"Very strick with their check in time . Even if room is available they would let you check in before 3 pm Rooms need little renovation. There was no drinking glass in the room, so hand towels"
