Hotels with Balcony in Serengeti, Mara Region

"Very pleasant place isolated in the Serengeti, staff extraordinarily kind and attentive"

"If you do anything book this hotel! From the moment you arrive on the airstrip you’re greeted with nothing but the best hospitality. The staff really make this place amazing. Daniel the manager and Denis the safari guide work alongside the staff to make sure you have the best experience. From the moment you wake up in your gorgeous suite to the moment you enter your safari car the experience is like no other. We came here on our honeymoon and can say it had been one of our best experiences to...

"This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime! The security was top notch, we did enjoy shining our flashlight out of the tent at night to see the "glowing eyes" . The lodge was great with the observation deck for animals and we even had water buffalo near the pool one afternoon while we were sunning with a G&T. The whole propery was clean and comfortable with first class service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had first class service the entire visit. Our guide through the...

"One of the best places i have ever stayed"

"Good staff. Maria and Kelvin were wonderful. The food was excellent and plenty."

"Our experience was wonderful, the staff, food and the accommodation was immaculate. Loved our stay at FS Serengeti."

"Mussa and his team are fabulous. I went with my two sons in July 2026. The location of Pumba Luxury Camp is amazing. You feel the thrill of sleeping in the middle of the bush, surrounded by tall grass and wondering what animals could be hiding there. But the staff is constantly patrolling the area. No need to worry. They always escort you from your tent the lobby and dining area, and back again. Very attentive people. And kind. They taught Swahili words to my sons :) great human capital in Pumba...

"Great time was spent at the Ikoma Bush Camp. Located just outside the Ikoma Gate, it was a great location to the Serengeti National Park. Staff were extremely kind and friendly- especially Paul and Agray. The food was delicious! I would recommend this Tented Camp to anyone looking for a place to stay with close proximity to the park!"

"AmazIng luxury tented camp located in the middle of central Serengeti. In middle of wildebeest migration in April May period."

"Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. You need an escort to the dining tent after dark (easily arranged by telephone). I had a buffalo outside my tent one night. I never felt unsafe though. I would strongly recommend to...

"Staff was excellent. Location is A+"

"Een oase in de Serengeti! We hebben ons verblijf zelfs verlengd, zo fijn was het. Prachtige tenten, super personeel en heerlijk eten: Het complete plaatje. Het is wat ver (dik anderhalf uur) van de Mara-river, maar de perfecte plek om na een intense safari-dag aan te spoelen."

"Amazing property and management! Everything and everyone was very friendly and great! Rooms are huge, hot showers, amazing breakfast and dinner. Staff was super helpful and went beyond our needs. Definitely book, you will nit be sorry! We saw a lot of lions, zebras and other animals on the property."

"Nice location, spacious tent with luxurious design. We got to watch a group of wildebeest running in front of our tent and also had pumabaa visited too. Staff are very helpful to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"Excellent setting to enjoy the quiet part of the Serengetti. Heartfelt Karibu athmospher by staff"

"Friendly helpful staff. Good dinner"

"I’ve never thought such service exists. The place, the stuff , the hotel itself were incredible. Safari was so exciting. The camp you live in is like my dream house I would like to take with me everywhere. I never forget the kindness of the stuff."

"Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...
