"You cannot get dropped off by taxi in front of the hanok. You will have to take your suitcases down a couple alleys. The front door is an electric lock, the the individual rooms have a three number passcode on the outside and the "lock" for the inside is a spoon and door handle. Would work fine if it was group using all three rooms, but wouldn't recomend unless your prepped with extra security. Was very clean. Small fridge and sink which was nice. "We are a family of 4 who spent a week in Seoul, touring the city and its nearby sites. Novotel met all our needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is closed to a subway and a night market around the corner, so it's very convenient to get from one place to another. Breakfast was buffet-style, serving varying Asian/Western options. The soup noodle was my favorite. Thanks Novotel for making our stay in Seoul so enjoyable, will definitely book with you whenever we are back in Seoul."

The level and quality of the facilities were exquisite; particularly the swimming pool and sauna facilities. The gentleman at the restaurant on the 2nd floor by the name of Justin was so professional and friendly. Equally the gentleman at the front door by the name of David, kindly helped us with every single one of our luggage and put them inside the taxi. We really were treated like VIP. Thanks a million to each and every individual for making our stay truly exceptional; we sure will come back again in the future. I’d highly recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Seoul."
