"The room of hotel was good but hair dryer was broken and not available. We used the restaurant in the hotel every dinner, however serving by staff was late and many mistakes for the order. "

"Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...

"The quality of the staff is excellent. All staff whether new or old are extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are super clean. The food is good and it is located close to a mall!"
