"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. "The hotel was outdated. The sheets and blankets were dirty and the pillow cases weren't so clean either. The staff were friendly but that's about it. The breakfast was disappointing and very limited. You can hear the traffic outside even with windows closed and it was hard to get a nights sleep. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. Not a great place to sleep even for one night. Terrible. "

"BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"
