"We did a late check in and were very tired…upon arrival, there were two huge groups checking in and the whole hotel was stinking of bad odour of food including the elevators..some private event catering was happening…when we got to the room we realized it had a door to cross to the next room and we were not told that the room had a partition when I booked. We could hear all the noises from the next room so we asked to change it and they could only give us a room with two twin beds instead of the room we booked with sofa bed…was very uncomfortable stay…it also doesn’t meet holiday inn standard for breakfast….no hot food other than boiled eggs…no scrambled eggs nothing…I do not recommend at all!!! Strictly avoid ! Also keep in mind that they have no air conditioning in the rooms just a basic fan provided."

I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."

The property was exceptionally quiet and impeccably clean. Both the rooms and the restroom were spacious and offered ample privacy, even for a large group."

"It was a 20 minute train ride to Lucerne. The hot tub was closed. The rooms very plain looking. Breakfast was decent."
