"We arrived at this hotel, completely exhausted after a day of travel. We chose this hotel for their airport transfer and breakfast. Upon arrival, the staff was not very welcoming. Check in was not a smooth process and we had to wait for our Expedia reservation to come through. I felt we were intentionally delayed. When my annoyance had become apparent, (30-45 min) we were finally given a room key. I gave the property a 2 star instead of a one because the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. I have a medical condition and have difficulty getting in a comfortable position. and I found the sofa to be quite comfortable. That is where the positivity ends. We requested a wake up call and airport transport and went to bed. I woke up late on my own because there was no wake up call. I was traveling with my mother and she went downstairs 15 minutes before the transport was requested. I finished getting our things together in a hurry and exited the elevator at the time we had requested. No transport. Waited about 10 min and inquired about it. , and she made some calls and told me they had already left, but the next one was arriving in 15 minutes. "Visited with children fair not bad I did notice 90% of guest was older population retired got the vibe they didn’t want kids around… Very clean hotel friendly staff besides the gal Daphne that checked us in. The food was awesome and the servers were awesome aswell. Overall 6/10 hit or miss airport shuttle pick up is an hour wait. "

"The bar was very well stocked and the staff quite efficient and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Menu, while limited, was good. Breakfast was hot and good with varied items to appeal to families and business travelers. Pool area was clean with plenty of towels available. Great location and great value for the money."

"Received a credit for the pool bar and rooftop restaurant by booking the night The staff forgot to mention the pool bar not being open that day and the restaurant wouldn't honor it. Bigger issue was the night club on the rooftop until 3am. The hotel thinks by leaving ear plugs in the room nobody would notice the windows rattling from the base of the music. Also this hotel has no parking other than valet for $40"
