The one thing I’ll mention is the rooms on the back of the hotel can be pretty loud as the trolley runs right by it. But that was minor compared to how great everything else was. "

Lobby was nice with games for the kids but rooms were very small and not very clean. Wish there was an easy breakfast option, we had to walk out to find some cafes in the morning. Easy to walk to many things at Pier 39 and near, but probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Great location near the Regency Ballroom, where my event was taking place. In-and-out parking is appreciated, as is parking until 2pm day of check-out. The room was spotless and everything was in decent shape, except for the bathroom fan that rattled loudly. Loved having a coffee maker, but there was only sugar, no half & half (Mini Moos would be great; powdered whitener is icky). "
