"It hostel-style so there is a kitchen for cooking meals and shared bathroom/shower facilities. Just be aware that you can only use the kitchen 8 am-8:30 pm which is a little restrictive. It would be nice if there was a microwave and small sink in the meadow house for after-hours use. I would love to stay again, the scenery is incredibly beautiful."

Holiday Inn Golden Gateway by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Nice and courteous staff. Comfortable beds. Good dining "
"Loved the balcony with a water view as well as the company of neighboring cows & a delightful fawn playing on the lawn below.
Was concerned about the lawn below our room being watered for hours especially when there is a saving water suggestion on the mirror in the bathroom. The grounds were nice & as was the proximity to local restaurants. "
"Staff was friendly. I liked that they offered coffee and cookies in the morning. They had a nice lounge are with board games that anyone could use. We did utilize it a couple of nights and it was fun. The property was under construction for part of it. To go to our room we had to go in a big circle. For the most park it was ok. Try close to Fisherman’s Ward and Ghirardelli Square, also about 20 min walk to North Beach, Washington Square. "
"The bed was comfortable. The view was very interrsting. We could see the bay in the distance. Many good restaurants close by. Transit was frequent and convient. The vroom was nice."
"This hotel is excellent. We loved everything about it except the noise level outside the hotel. It is very noisy. Street racers at night, street cleaner during the wee hours of the morning. Bring a noise machine and ear plugs. "
