"The staff was fabulous! Took very good care of me, especially the bellmen. Mo is a superb service provider. There was another gray haired bellman that assisted me as well during my stay he was so friendly and helpful as well. The room was quiet and very clean and well appointed. Being right at the Florida mall was a great way to spend my time, and plenty of different food locations- something for everyone. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will in the future as well."

One thing that could be improved is the check in process. It was a bit slow, but the person working the front desk was pleasant. I felt bad that he was handling all the check ins by himself. When we arrived there were already a few guests ahead of us waiting to be checked in, and when it was our turn there was a line practically out the door. "
