"We love this hotel and stay here often but this time was the first time the lazy river was unclean and around the grounds was unclean aswell. It was unkept this time around. We will be returning here as this is one of our favorite places to stay in Orlando. "

"Do not stay here. It is not good. They do not mop the floor, clean the toliets, have busted doors, walls with cracks, flies and bugs everywhere. Worst part cockroaches will be on the the bed, furniture, on you and your belonging. Its is so disgusting and dirty. We even went to change rooms, both rooms were bad! They charged us 130$ just to stay in the first floor if you want 2nd floor or 3rd floor they charge you more, like if they are best, this hotel is the worst me and my family have ever stayed at. The pictures are not what they are. It is bad here do not stay here. We ended up checking out and going somewhere else and they didnt give us our refunded from how disgusting the place was. "

"Everything was secure, very well decorated. Staff were really nice and helpful the landscaping and pool were really beautiful and even the residents were nice! Very close to plenty of shopping, restaurants and Disney. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location, pool area nice. Room smelled really musty. Rooms needed new carpet and a refresher. Bedding an beds were nice though. Staff were extra helpful. "

"This place was terrible, fresh blood on the box spring cover. They charge a $50.00 cash deposit. The place has an Econolodge sign. They make you wait in the lobby for someone to check your room before they give your deposit back. The cheap price was not worth the horrible smell and vibe. The lobby is closed from 11:00 to 7;00 so if the key that they warm up gets deactivated you’re locked out until the morning. 😫"

"After the bomb threat this morning and having to evacuate was insanely ridiculous because the mall shouldn’t be opened to just walk into the hotel. Also after 9pm you should have a key to get in and out the front door as well. You should have a key to get you back into the hotel from the mall. Air conditioning was horrible in so many rooms. We will not be going back. I believe we no longer will be having conversations there. "

"The pictures do not match the hotel the environment seem dangerous. There’s a lot of people just walking around the hallway to get to the hotel room smells disgusting in the room just looks like something out of a horror movie zero out of 10 would not recommend."
