I'm handicapped and! Smoke hard to make it upstairs to our room, kids screaming in the pool I wouldn't be abled to get in the lift was covered to in the pool, didn't get the rest we needed, roaches, kids screaming in the early morning

Not great not terrible… good sized clean room… tv picture sucked a bit… bathroom was a bit gross.. and the toilet was questionable… a weird beeping sound outside the entire time… but it was fine for a night…

Choose another place to stay!!!!!

When we arrived at the hotel for our 3 night stay, immediately we were told that there would be NO WATER, in anyones room, for hours. The pool was absolutely gross, not one person in 3 days used it. Not one time did housekeeping come to our room. Location is good, thats about it.

Lo primero es que en la noche tienes que hacer el checking desde afuera, mal olor a pipi en las escaleras, los aires mantienen el piso mojado próximo a las escaleras lo que hay una alta probabilidad de resbalón. las camas no están en buenas condiciones tenía un hueco, techo manchado, el wc muy manchados. Y en la app dice que te ofrecen cuna pero al llegar a las instalaciones ellos aseguran que nunca han ofrecido ese servicio. La verdad que no vuelvo.
