Everything is nearby, I did not se any alcohol in this area, so we enjoyed this place very much. Very close to eyup sultan masjid, so we went there many times. The hotell stuff is not so good in english, but they will try ther best to help you anyway. It was a very good hotel, and will come back again. "Our family spent a week at the Mayar Residence. The Apartment had lots of space for everyone and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. In addition, we were offered daily housekeeping and bottled water.
