Property was lovely and clean. Nearby above ground parking was safe (we had a rooftop tent). Walkable to space needle/museum/waterfront etc. my only gripe is that the mattress was horrible, almost like a waterbed, when my partner got up it would fling me around too.

Homeless problem on the streets all over Seattle. Not unique to this property. This hotel is excellent. Staff is phenomenal. Free bikes too. Love this place.

We arrived at 10:00 pm the day before our cruise. The front staff was really informative. They gave us a name of an Italian restaurant around the corner that was still open. Great choice. The pizza was amazing and the portions were HUGE !!! I highly recommend this hotel. !!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Only thing we didn't like was that there were a lot of homeless people in proximity of the hotel. However, this would not stop us from staying there again as it is super close to everything, i.e. pike market, waterfront, capitol hill, space needle and lots of places to eat.

Its not the properties fault, but the crazy amount of homeless people and drug induced people constantly berating you on the streets is insane. During the day its not as bad to meander around but to walk two blocks anywhere at night, i would not be walking alone. We had a show to go too, and belltower inn is central to where we want to go and see so its more convenient to stay here. We appreciated the security at night at the entrance as it did help keep the safety of the guests in mind. We always love staying here. This was our third trip up to this hotel. They are very accommodating.
