"It was amazing the room was very clean. The staff was super friendly and I was a bit worried about homeless people from other reviews but that wasn’t an issue near this hotel. "
"Nice hotel but very small rooms. Good for one person… My room was stocked with towels and hand towels but no face towels so I assumed the hotel didn’t provide them… I asked to have my room cleaned my second day there prior to leaving early in the morning, I returned later that evening to find that my room wasn’t touched. I asked to have towels sent to my room since my room wasn’t refreshed. They sent towels up and that’s when I realized they had face towels but just didn’t put any in my room for when I checked in…. Anyway, I spoke to the manager Greg about my issues and he apologized and comp’d me late check out…. I didn’t plan on returning but if that’s how CotizenM rights their wrongs I’ll definitely stay there again…"
"This is a lovely hotel with good food and a great location. 6th St is right off the freeway so travel in and out is easy. You are very close to the convention center and the Sheraton Grand Seattle as well as many good restaurants and shops. You do have 6 blocks downhill to get to Pike Market but the area is clean and walkable with nice coffee shops and pubs. When I go back I will stay here."
"Smooth check in process. Room was easy to find and immaculate. Love the shower and tub in bathroom. Spacious and had everything we needed. There was bubble bath at the store downstairs. Couldn’t have asked for anything more."
"We had a great time in Seattle and this hotel is the perfect place to stay in downtown. Very walkable to all the places you need to be and we felt safe. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice and both times the service and food were good."
