As always had such a great stay at CitizenM. Such a convenient location, super clean, friendly staff. Our television wasn’t working, but the staff offered us free breakfast and took care of the issue the next day. Highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast cost extra but is quite excellent. The rooms are smaller than expected but very nice. After one night I have decided that this is my go to place to stay every time I am in Seattle I love the tech that controlled all aspects of the room.

Great service from the moment I arrived. Perfect space for up to 2 people. Very accommodating when it comes to storing luggage. I arrived early and had a late departure but staff was very helpful with storing my luggage these 2 times. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again :)

Have stayed here several times over the years and this location is my go-to for Seattle. It's centrally located, very walkable and close to transit. Rooms are small but well laid out, clean and designed to be "smart" with everything controlled by an app. There is a great communal area to hang out. Bar is insanely expensive but signature cocktails are tasty. Staff are always extremely pleasant. Highly recommend.
