"We had a room with an unobstructed Ocean view and it was amazing, to the point I didn’t want to leave the room unless it was to stroll on the beach. The Continental breakfast was better than most we’ve experienced, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating."

"The property looks pretty run down upon entry, but we were very impressed with the value for the money! I was not expecting to walk into a small condo with a separate bedroom & we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice little deck off the back, full kitchen with full size appliances. The beds were very comfy & so was the big, overstuffed couch. The pool was pretty crowded with families, which is to be expected, but they offer adults only from 10pm-midnight, which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again."

"If you want a place at Ocean Shores with a full kitchen, totally equipped, clean and comfortable accommodations, conveniently located walking distance from grocery store and other shopping, an easy walk to the beach and even a view of the water, the Grey Gull is the place to stay. We have stayed here three times already and this is the place that we will go from now on when we visit Ocean Shores."

"Cleanest pool in town !!"

"Lwt me start by sayin I am not one to leave reviews. However this was a bad experience. Upon check in the employee was rude. He was experiencing difficulties with the internet, which I had known about from going to a previous establishment(it was town wide). That was not a problem for me, as I understand when technology doesn't work how its supposed to, it can be annoying, and even delay your work. However he seemed like we were inconveniencing him. Even answering the phone, and taking a reservation while we stood there. Whenever I've checked into a hotel, yes they might take a call, usually placing them on hold and attending to those waiting in the Lobby. We booked 2 rooms, the rooms had an oder, I put car air fresheners in the ac to help with that, (it didn't work). My room had water pooling on the floor from, I'm not sure where. The hot tub was down and the pool was very murky. The lobby was cluttered and dirty. So we didn't even attempt their breakfast. Would not stay here again. I felt like I was at a pay by the hour hotel motel."
