It was our first time visiting this hotel and my wife and I were very happy with the stay. The staff were very friendly. The place was clean and our 3rd floor room had a great view of the ocean. We will be staying there when we return to Ocean Shores.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful time. The jacuzzi in our room was very pleasant and the activities within the area are all super close so we always had stuff to do since it was all basically within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, helpful and were always available. Whole place is clean and well-kept and the parking is perfect. Definitely will stay here again the next time we come to Ocean Shores!

We went to check in and were told that we would need to come back because our room had not been cleaned yet. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower head wasn't completely working. They gave 2 towels for 2 people, most places we have stayed give at least 2 towels per person. On the positive side, the TV in the room was on satellite and had HBO, but couldn't stream to the TV. The staff was very nice for the most part. We likely would not stay there again.
