"The hotel had clean rooms (they were cleaned like twice a day, which was impressive), the staff was oh so great (special shoutout to Héctor, our butler, and Kendry on the waiting staff area), the pools were excellent (staff service was amazing and always present, pools were always very clean), hotel had many bars, swim up bar in each pool. Would definitely come back in the future."

"Erica, sander and Justine were exceptional!! Great entertainment team. Love how there was a lot of activities throughout the day to keep yourself entertained while also relaxing. Food was okay, although the Tiera restaurant was 10/10. Buffet food for breakfast and lunch was some good. The property is absolutely beautiful!! Modern and clear which I love. The pools were amazing as well as the hot tubs. The alcohol was okay, not too strong for when you need it a good drink. Room was 10/10 beautiful in all aspects. The staff was 10/10 very friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back here very soon, loved loved our stay at secrets tides!!!"
