"We had an amazing experience at this resort! Very clean rooms, entertainment throughout the day and night, an absolutely GORGEOUS beach area and the best part was the incredible staff who truly made this trip so enjoyable!!! The manager Sarah is top notch and provides a very personable approach to her position! The entertainment staff was very friendly and puts a lot of effort into engaging guests in a variety of fun! Bartenders and food staff were kind and provided great customer service. The beach area was kept extremely clean and had the most amazing views. It’s in a very remote area with no other resorts around so you feel like you have your own piece of heaven! The pool areas were also beautifully designed and kept extremely clean thanks to the grounds/cleaning staff! Truly a great destination away from all the commercialization of most of the resort areas in the DR! Would highly recommend this resort and we can’t wait to return!!"

"We had an incredibly good experience! It was even better than we had hoped. It was one of the best family-friendly experiences we’ve ever had at a resort. The food was top-notch, and if you can, upgrading to the finest club membership is definitely worth it for the experience. It really elevates your stay. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a bit extra, but you deserve the best. The property was always clean, and the private beach felt very private. The fenders didn’t bother us at all. My one and a half-year-old son slept at the beach next to my wife almost every day. We loved our stay, and we might be back in the future with family."

"Beat part of stay is a real Finnish wood sauna. This place is a paradise with unbeatable views and a feeling of nature but still with luxuruous rooms. A perfect getaway. And with an excellent chef who designs your meals just for you. Not my first stay and will be back soon again."

"We were there for Valentines weekend and we were amazed at the beauty, the top tier service and the food! Everything was beyond our expectations! The pool was amazing! The couples massage package left us completely in Zen mode! This has become our favorite getaway! We will be back soon! "

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
