Had an incredible time while here. Absolutely beautiful property. Staff was friendly and helpful. We thought the speciality restaurants were ok, the Latin fusion was the best and really good. The Buffet was great with good options with theme nights daily. We would certainly go back.

Rooms was beautiful and staff was great. Especially Darling. He was great. he was the bartender at the swim up bar. Noelia, Antonio were all great. Many more that I cannot remember My different rating was because of management. We stayed for 3 days and we could only make reservations for 1 night. The other nights we had to eat at the buffet restaurant which was good. We wanted to eat at a nice place. When we complained to Juste, from guest services, she stated she would call me back but we have already left the resort and we are still waiting for the call back. Place was to go with family and food was great. They were also doing upgrades but resort just opened. I didnt understand that.

we didnt have the opportunity to stay in the hotel because after a 3 hours trip from sto dgo they didnt have rooms with air condicioner because of a failure in the sistem, we were traveling with my parent who are 82 years old to celebrate their 55 anniversary and the experience was a complete disaster

It's difficult to get a reservation for restaurants, and there's also little variety in the food. There's also little staff serving, and the bar is very poor. Many reserved spots are unused, and many people are still waiting for tables that are empty but reserved.

This Resort is family friendly, the food is great, i love that everything is close by but it needs more entertainment. Every night and day everything is repetitive so it gets boring. Overall I'll guve it 8.5/10 because i went to relax and i did get to do that since its not much to do. The crowd is more seniors and families with kids.

The resort was awesome! My friends and I went to celebrate university graduation and it was perfect; lively, but not a party resort. The staff are great and the resort itself was very clean. The food was also decent. There are many options everyday at the buffet and if you want fancier, each restaurant offers something different. 10/10 recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. Pros - new resort, great pool and beach, fun shows each night, friendly staff cons - distance from airport, some things still being worked on, but wasn't a bother to us, smaller compared to other resorts and restaurants had to be reserved at midnight 48 hrs ahead of time.
