"We enjoyed our five day stay in this historic building. Check in and out is easy and staff is very attentive. The essentials room made for easy access to laundry services and any room essentials from towels to tissue. We had a wonderful Christmas Day dinner in the Luzii restaurant in the same building."

From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding, staff members were consistently professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after full days exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in a highly convenient area, it offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and public transportation options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The only minor area for improvement was the shower, which did not drain properly. While this was a small inconvenience, it did not significantly impact the quality of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin and will certainly choose to stay here again during future visits."

"Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent! "

"The premium rooms were so modern, spacious and quiet! Not very impressed with the bar woman being quite rude and this being the only option we always ate outside. Shame we couldn’t play table tennis because the same woman wasn’t very hospitable. The gym and sauna were awesome. "
