The room was clean and bright with plenty of space. The lack of drawers was a bit disappointing as two of us shared the room, but nonetheless it was a good sized room. Staff were friendly and welcoming and also helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options that my grandson enjoyed. It's a good location. Close enough to Alexanderplatz for access to excellent transport options and next to the amazing Hofbrauhaus Berlin. One thing that did irritate was the presence of two complimentary bottles of water but no means that either of us could discern, to open them

Great staff who was really helpful with everything. The room was clean and with everything that was needed to enjoy a stay in the city. Very close to AlexanderPlatz so obviously close to everything in Berlin.

Great location near to Alexanderplatz. Nice clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Easy location to get to as all transport systems are nearby so it’s also easy to get anywhere in the City. Stayed 4 stress free enjoyable nights.

A nice hotel in a central location. Clean comfortable rooms, nice bathroom and shower facilities with underfloor heating. The breakfast offering was good, lots of choice and nice coffee. The surrounding area is looking a lot more rundown than previous visits to Berlin but I guess that is the reality of modern European cities now. Aside from that I enjoyed my trip to Berlin on this occasion.

Housekeeping was not a default but we were asked to request each time if necessary. However, it was never done despite our requests during our three nights stay and yet no particular apologies from the hotel staff but only comments that "we will tell housekeeping staff". Quite disappointing and unprofessional responses from the hotel front staff have definitely room for improvement.

Nice place to be! Very easy to the public transport. In close vicinity of Alexanderplatz, so in the middle of everything! The HB biergarten just side of the hotel is a tremendous place to eat, at average prices.
