No air conditioning during the winter months when outside temperature is at a certain level. Upon complaining, a desk fan was offered as "air conditioning". Very long queues to check in and out at reception and had to pay to store luggage in hotel. Access to rooftop chargeable (even for hotel guests).

This hotel have just two good points; the location and the shower ( good pressure) . I found under my bed a half-full bottle of water which was not mine and a used plaster. I was horrified. The night shift reception staff were a little unhelpful.

I did not like the temperature of the rooms was too hot. The guest should have the option to choose the temperature of the room. I could not sleep well due too warm temperature of room.
