The staff were very helpful with luggage and even assisted us with early check-in when possible, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. "The rooms on the high floors of the tower can be a bit noisy during high winds and the doors to the rooms in the historical building could use some sealing to cut out hallway noise. BUT any little inconvenience are totally outweighed by the incredible staff. The only other hotel that I have stayed at in Toronto with this level of customer service is The Four Seasons. I’ve stayed at one King West before and will definitely come again."
