The place is in a very short distance from the end of Kenedy train subway , it takes about 10 minutes walk. The room , common salon & bath room are all well maintained, clean & comfortable. The owners are cooperative , available all the time when needed. I had a very nice experience at Dairy Home Stay in Toronto. Highly recommended for budget accomodation.

Best find ever!
My Stay at Dairy Mart was an unexpected win! The hostess was kind and eager to ensure my happiness with the stay. The room was impeccable. The floor, even under the bed was spotless and dustless. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the shared living space was comfortable and filled with every convenience. The bathroom, though shared, was perfectly acceptable. If I ever return to Toronto there is no question where I will stay.

I did not stay. It was not at all was Expedia advertized. I chose this hotel because they advertized an $80 rate. When I got there they wanted an extra $60 for cleaning fees and a 2nd person staying in the room, for a total of $140 plus tax. I could have statyed at a far nicer hotel for that price
I worked 12 years in Guest Services for various hotels. For Starters, the hotels that did charge extra for additional guests only did so when it was over 2. secondly, cleaning fees are never extra, they are included in the rate given
Rest assured, it reflects very poorly on Expedia to dobusiness with this sham of a hotel
