This is where Japanese people go to relax. The hotel staff generally don’t speak English, so know the basics in Japanese or use decent translation software. "

They went above and beyond for us from communicating with our airline due to delayed baggage, allowing us to check in an entire day late due to flight delays and finally storing our items for us after we checked out that we accidentally left in the safe! Their dedication to excellent hospitality and honesty goes beyond what we have ever experienced in our travels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Tokyo.
