"The room was spotless and the staff excellent… one of the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. The Eggs Benedict were excellent… I travel to/through Japan several times a year and usually stay at Hotel Niko … until now. I think I’ve found my new favorite hotel. I will be staying with ANA Crown Plaza again in a few days and look forward to it. "
