"A wonderful stay! The view of the piton from the room was unforgettable The staff were friendly and super accomodating The wildlife in the rooms could take a moment to get to used to if you're not a big nature person, but I'm a city girl and I didn’t struggle much. I'd suggest bringing extra pair of ear plugs though if you’re a light sleeper as the wildlife is vibrant at night. The hotel did provide ear plugs. Thankfully i'm not too affected by noise, so I got by just fine in the comfortable and very clean bed. The food was very good but would be nice to have a few more options for the dinner menu. The breakfast menu was the best of them all. The pool was oustanding, as was the chocolate making tour!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Secrets St. Lucia. The facilities are great, the room was very comfortable, and the restaurants were fantastic! Morgan's in particular was our absolute favorite! The only thing we can complain about is the loss of internet, TV and phone service in our room for the last 5 days of our stay. This only impacted our building and the resort was working with the ISP to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. The resort is new, so some minor glitches like this are not exactly unexpected. Overall, the resort was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! The food at the dinner restaurants was exceptional. I ate lunch from The Jerk treehouse near the pool everyday—it serves authentic jerk chicken, and other jerk meats, with rice and peas and plantains.The drinks are very well made throughout the resort and the staff is incredible; they are very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this resort as it offers get service and won’t disappoint. "

"Solo woman travelling to St Lucia - amazing hotel, great breakfast, food in general and they have a fine dining restaurant that you can book as many times as you want and the menu changes every few days. Room was very clean and spacious - great views - staff were very friendly and warm. Would def rec this hotel - they have evening activities too - shows, karaoke. "

"A beautiful resort, with coral directly at the facility. A couple of concerns: pay-in-advance for all-inclusive was far more expensive than just buying meals and drinks after arriving. A 2nd concern was that the food was hit-and-miss. The continental breakfast was great, but the other meals were decent about 1/3 of the time. Not bad the other times, just not excellent."

"The viceroy sugar beach exceeded our expectations. The staff is formerly and goes above and beyond to help. Our room was clean and beautiful. The property is easy to get spring and breathtaking. Pictures do not do this property justice. I cannot wait to stay here again! "
