The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The property was clean. The public lobby area was inviting and people would interact with each other while sitting there, which was very nice. The location could not be beat. It was right in downtown Saratoga Springs within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

Staff at the front desk very nice. The room was clean and modern. You could adjust the heat or AC if you needed to. Clean bathroom and shower. Nice linens. Coffee station on first floor. Great location.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was ideal. The decor was attractive. The only negatives were the towels and the AC. The towels were worn and some were stained. The AC unit was very noisy.

Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, parking is ok if you get there early enough to get a parking spot, the fan had a strange odor to it and there was a sound of pipes clanking all night so didn’t get much sleep, also disappointed because the website says there’s robes in every room but there wasn’t it was an ok stay
