I stayed in the hotel and it really was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and housekeeping. Did a terrific job cleaning each day. The only thing I would say is not having a coffee maker in your room, and a few other amenities like hand lotion would be nice. The toilet paper roll was broken and the cleaning people just kept putting toilet paper on it broken. Super minor things, fun place good restaurant definitely recommend it

Firstly, wifi isn't working for my room. I had to come to front lobby downstairs every night to complete my office work. I raised a complaint 3 straight night and it was resolved 4th night of my stay. On the 3rd night AC in my room stopped working and i had to sleep without AC during the severe winter weather. They told me i will be provided with refund and the night before i leave when i asked about refund they said i was provided with 100$ food and beverage coupon, after my dinner. They need to improve the service and needs to communicate with customer about the changes.

The gentleman that checked me in was great. He asked if we wanted to be near the elevator or farther away because of the noise coming from the traffic of the guest entering and exiting from the elevator. The warm chocolate chip cookie was a delicious surprise too. 😀 The room was spotless.

Honestly didn’t enjoy it at all except for the fact that I did very well at the casino but the bed sheets were very rough made it very uncomfortable for sleeping, the sports book was awful went to watch the ufc fights couldn’t even hear the tv due to the fact that there is a bar / poor excuse for a night club right next to it blasts music drowning out the sound of the TV’s and the staff was very friendly but trying to ask them about anything to do in the area for eating or entertain outside of the casino isn’t okay they couldn’t tell me anything I had to fine restaurants and entertainment all on my own they were very unhelpful.
