Sapporo hotel rooms a the Ishin

"Amazing hotel! Since it is new everything was beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are a great size too. The hotel even has washers and dryers so you can do laundry. The hotel room tv has a channel for so you can see if the washers and dryers are being used (super helpful). Would stay again! "

"The hotel staffs were helpful and polite. The check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The lobby was nice and pleasant. The toilet at the lobby was very clean. The hotel location was good, near to Odori station, just opposite Sapporo Tower, near to Odori Park. There was a lot of shopping, including the underground area connecting Odori station to Sapporo station. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Kettle, cups, tea and coffee were available. The toilet was clean and the basic amenities were provided."

"Hotel location was excellent, right at the Exit door from train station. Susukino area have plenty of good foods. Room is clean and facilities is great. The only area for improvement is breakfast. Food selection is the same everyday, one young staff cooking at Chef Kitchen area is not friendly, very strict and he make his own rules, wagyu beef rice bowl should serve with 3 beef slice but this Young chef only serve 1 slice. Please change the food selection everyday, completely plain if foods is the same everyday "

"The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."
