"Fiquei hospedado próximo ao aeroporto de Guarulhos (GRU) após retornar de viagem. Cheguei de madrugada e, ao tentar fazer o check-in, fui informado pela recepcionista que não havia reserva em meu nome. Entrei em contato com a HOTELS.COM, que me forneceu o ID da reserva, mas mesmo assim não foi localizada. ..."
