"We have stated at this building for years when it was a hotel and now that it’s private residência we decided to book this apartment for the long weekend with my friend and my 11 month son. The space was clean, the room was a great layout with everything you could want to cook, make coffee and tea in the morning, and even an air fryer :) the bathroom was beautifully decorated and a good use of space. "The room I was given was very dirty. Sand covered floor...strangly they provide you a broom and dust pan to clean the floor yourself.I stayed one night and befriended the owner, he seemed like a good guy, I expressed interest in stay another night, he asked if i pay him directly rather than me using expedia, he said he has to wait for expedia to disperse the money. Np. He then told me there is a min. 2 night stay during holiday season. Ok. Then he quoted me a price that nearly doubled from the...
