predio novo, apto muito confortável

prédio novo, apto muito confortável, região excelente, acesso a shopping, mini supermercados, etc... ponto de atenção para o ar condicionado que não suporta sala e quarto durante o dia ( abertos e interligados ) , ótima academia e piscina coberta ( me parece que não é aquecida ) ... voltarei a me hospedar com certeza!

Preço bom mas Relação custo/benefício ruim.

A experiência foi muito ruim. O slogan do folder dentro do studio não se confirma, pois não há "EXPERIÊNCIA DE HOTEL CONFORTO DE CASA". Banheiro com mau cheiro constante, acessório dentro do box incompleto, comunicação da portaria falha, processo do check-in estressante, cama muito apertada, posição para assistir TV muito desconfortável. Boa localização e, apesar do preço da diária ser um atrativo, acabou que a relação custo/benefício foi insatisfatória.

Excelente localização, vista.. o único ponto negativo é o box do banheiro sem porta, que molha fora e vira aquela bagunça, sendo que não o serviço de quarto. No mais, pelo custo beneficio, nota 10.

Flat novo,bem equipado em localização excelente.São mt atentos a segurança do condomínio.Um ponto que se comparado a outros Vitacon’s q ja fiquei e nesse da Ferreira Lobo deixou a desejar foram a falta de pelo menos uma garrafa d’agua no frigobar e tb papel higiênico,foi disponibilizado apenas 1 rolo.

dá vontade de morar

Localização, instalações e ambiente excelentes. A única questão que poderia atrapalhar é o ar-condicionado que não estava funcionando, mas como estava frio em SP não fez a menor falta. Acredito que isso seja resolvido em pouco tempo, parece que não estava operacional por ser novo. Acredito que isso seja resolvido rapidamente. Limpeza impecável, banheiro excelente e área transmite sensação de segurança. Certamente tentarei ficar aqui novamente quando retornar a São Paulo.
