Dirty

Not clean at all. The room was not cleaned properly and when asked them to fix it, they didn’t. The corridors were not clean either. Trash bin often full for days, making the smell very strong. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place. Not well taken care of.

El servicio de Vila Grega ha sido de los mejores en toda mi vida. La atención es muy buena, siempre al pendiente de absolutamente todo. Y el espacio, la habitación y la estancia es totalmente de calidad y profesionalidad. El lugar es muy limpio, la zona es muy céntrica, el acceso de lo mejor, los adimentos de la cocina muy bien. En general durante toda mi estancia me sentí increíblemente bien, segura y sin ningún problema. Lo recomiendo al mil por cierto, será mi lugar seguro para llegar a Sao Paolo siempre. Muchas gracias!! O serviço na Vila Grega foi um dos melhores que já experimentei. O atendimento é excelente, sempre atentos a absolutamente tudo. O espaço, o quarto e a experiência em geral são da mais alta qualidade e oferecidos com profissionalismo. O local é muito limpo, a localização é muito central, o acesso é excelente e as comodidades da cozinha são ótimas. No geral, durante toda a minha estadia, me senti incrivelmente confortável, seguro e sem nenhum problema. Recomendo de coração; será sempre a minha primeira opção de hospedagem quando chegar a São Paulo. Muito obrigado!

O local era bem arrumado, e no geral apresentava aspectos idênticos aos das fotos. Porém o chuveiro aparentemente estava queimado (disjuntor dele estava armado) e o quarto não apresentava isolamento acústico minimamente aceitável. O barulho da rua incomodava demais e por conta disso mal conseguimos dormir. No geral a experiência foi ruim e o valor pago diante dos problemas citados foi muito alto. O ponto mais positivo é a localização.

Excelente, fomos fazer o concurso do TRT2 e a Vila Grega fica ao lado do Mackenzie, o que nos deu muita tranquilidade, éramos três no quarto e encontramos tudo muito limpo e organizado. Em nossa próxima viagem a SP com certeza nos hospedaremos na Villa Grega novamente.

Como nas fotos

A acomodação é como das fotos. Ao abrir o quarto, deu para sentir o cheiro do alvejante que usaram para limpar o banheiro, o que é bom. O banheiro é pequeno, não dá para se movimentar muito e é um pouco desconfortável para quem é grande/alto.

Bom dia, É a segunda vez que fomos para a Vila Grega. Ficamos num quarto no andar de cima, com ar condicionado, cama e sofá. A máquina de café já tinha água. O chuveiro era OK. Lugar muito lindo e aconchegante, silencioso, isso considerando que estávamos ao lado dos bloquinhos de Carnaval do Centro de São Paulo. Voltaremos mais vezes.

A cama é confortável porém pequena, não cabem 2 pessoas. A comunicação com as informações do checkin não recebi, tive de pedir. Para o check out é lembrado com veemência o horário que é às 10h. O banheiro estava com uma limpeza duvidosa. Ambiente gostoso e tranquilo. Obs: não tem ar condicionado, em dias de verão de SP pode ser prejudicado. O frigobar estava com congelador sujo.

O local é muito bonito. A acomodação estava dentro do esperado. No entanto faltou água no apartamento, não deu para tomar banho, lavar as mãos e nem usar o vaso sanitário. Problema eventualmente resolvido, porém gerou desconforto e constrangimento.

Comprei 3 diárias, só consegui ficar 1 noite, a parte externa suja tinha até uma calcinha jogada na janela, a proposta do local era boa, mas quarto com limpeza deficiente, parte do box estava nojenta! Tive que ir procurar um hotel para passar as outras noites.

O local parace abandonado, extremamente sujo, havia calcinha jogada no chão logo na entrada, o qaurto e banhiero estavam sujos. O ventilador de teto deu medo de cair sobre nós. O lixo fedia até o quarto. A janela do banheiro que dava para o corredor estava quebrada e não foi possível fechá-la. Não ficamos no local, saímos logo em seguida e fomos para outro hotel. Devido as circunstâncias solicitei o estorno do pagamento, mas eles disseram para solicitar onde fiz a reserva. OBS: As fotos não representa o local atualmente, são enganosas. Nesse sentido, aguardo instruções para reaver o pagamento de volta. Obrigada

Incrível, amei estar no Vila Grega! Equipe foi super solicita antes, durante e até depois da estadia sempre muito educados! A localização muito boa Px a muita coisa interessante. A noite dormi sem barulhos hóspedes respeitam a lei do silêncio o que torna a estadia muito agradável tendo em vista que você está num local a turismo ou a trabalho durante o dia e a noite quer descansar !
