Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

I had some problems with check in but in the end everything went well. Communication with staff is a bit limited and I got the feeling they were lost with the bookings. Overall, the experience was good.

a pousada e o apartamento em si são ótimos, mas a localização é péssima, principalmente se for em final de semana, a pousada fica bem na rua dos bares universitários proximo a mackenzie, se sua intenção é se acomodar para descansar procure outra unidade deles ou até mesmo outro hotel.
