The stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly. The front desk staff went above and beyond for their customer service. We needed assistance and Rodrigo and another staff were on it. I truly appreciate it. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s walkable to the shopping center and also great restaurants.

Would not recommend. Rooms were old and bathroom for room 2 was molding. Clearly the room had been cleaned a long while ago. Bathroom for room 1, which was renovated was better, but that was the only area that was nicer. Probably the hardest and longest check in experience I ever had. Also, getting in and out of the property via their parking privileges was a hassle. Breakfast was good. Location is really good as well. If you are looking for location, this is a good value. If you are looking for hotel amenities, I would not recommend.

宿泊費が安いにも関わらず、ベッドルームとリビングが分かれた造りになっていて、小さなキッチンもありとても快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、ランドリーサービスや部屋にティッシュなどはありませんでした。また、バスローブやスリッパ、アイロンなどの設備もありません。 有料のお菓子や飲み物は十分に用意されていましたが補充はありません。 朝食はまあまあでした。 価格で考えると、必要なものを用意していけば快適な滞在だと思います。

Hotel muito bom com alguns restaurantes perto. 3 quadras do shopping vila olimpia. Quarto bem amplo com sofá na anti saia. Frigobar e microondas. Faltaram talheres. Tinh poucos copos tb. Banheiro bom c ótimo chuveiro . Cama confortável . Estacionamento por 60 reais por 2 diárias. Café da manhã excelente com pães, frutas, bolos , ovos,…. Podiam ter uma placa explicando qual elevador serve para cada quarto, pois erramos várias vezes sem avisos. Deveriam ter também no elevador qual andar e a recepção e estacionamento. Falta de informação que irrita.
