Nice Without Basic Supplies

The apartments are quite nice, but they are not very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor left by previous guests. Some towels were also dirty. The apartment lacks basic supplies such as soap, salt, and pepper, and does not have a dish detergent or dish sponge.

Avoid apartments in 1st and 2nd floors, they have no heating and temperature can drop to 11C, as was the case when I stayed. It was really unpleasant. They say it's not a hotel, which I understand 100%, but not having hand soap in the bathrooms and hairdryers is ridiculous. I don't think I'd stay here ever again, especially after seeing that the reception staff are not even given a portable heater to be comfortable in an area that the wind hits hard. The receptionists are all incredibly polite and helpful

The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a severe fly infestation that persisted despite the use of insect spray. The floors and walls were dirty, and the shower water consistently overflowed, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Furthermore, the sewer was backing up through the bathroom sink, causing additional distress. The entire unit reeked of cigarette smoke, which was particularly surprising given that it was a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, my request for resolution was ignored, and none of the issues were addressed.

Apartamento ótimo, mas senti falta de tomadas próximo à mesa da sala para trabalhar. O travesseiro também achei duro e não havia cabides no guarda-roupa. De resto, vale muito a pena.

A localização é perfeita, o quarto é perfeito. É muito silencioso. Muito aconchegante e confortável. Álvaro e Lucas são fenomenais. O único problema é que enxoval tinha alguns furos e algumas manchas de sangue. Falta caprichar na limpeza do quarto. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. No primeiro dia, meu banheiro alagou, porque não tinham tirado cabelos do ralo do box. Passei uma noite de transtorno. Mas os funcionários resolveram. A administradora não deu nem retorno sobre. Vale pelo aconchego e os funcionários. Voltarei sempre.

Quarto estava com problema na porta, ficamos trancados pelo lado de fora com nossas coisas dentro, contatando o atendimento tivemos um retorno bem ruim, tendo que abrir a porta a força. Após três horas tentando abrir, fomos trocados de apartamento e tivemos que espera mais uma hora para tirar nossas malas do apartamento trancado. O restante foi muito bom, o apartamento tava limpo e organizado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

O apartamento é bom, mas a cozinha falta uma máquina de café, só tem uma prensa. Pratos e talheres só tinha para 3 pessoas. O secador de cabelo tinha que solicitar todos os dias na recepção e devolver assim que usasse, não tinha disponível no quarto e segundo o rapaz nada simpático da recepção, só tinham 2 secadores para todos os hóspedes do prédio, um absurdo! As mulheres da recepção eram muito simpáticas. Ficamos 10 dias hospedados e não tivemos direito a nenhuma limpeza, porque não estava disponível para a prédio, e nos foi avisado quando já estávamos lá, indicaram uma empresa para pagarmos pela limpeza mas não se responsabilizavam caso sumisse algo. De acordo com o app TABAS nós tínhamos direito a 1 limpeza incluso no valor. Eu não volto mais.

Falta mais limpeza na cozinha. Quanto aos quartos são de bom tamanho. A localização é excelente próximo de panificadora, drogaria, salão de beleza, empório e fica próximo da Av. Paulista. É um local tranquilo.
