The heater in my apartment wasn't working when I checked in and the first half of my stay was a bit cold. They did fix it once it stopped raining and it worked great after that. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the management team over the weekend but they did their best. During the week there was less delay in responses. When I checked in the shower wasn't fully cleaned. There was used soap in the shower and dirt on the tile wall. Also the faucet's water pressure was very low and the faucet is not secured to the counter. I tried to bring these issues up when I notified them about the heater but it was not acknowledged and by the time we got the heater situated I decided to just deal with the bathroom as is.
The place is otherwise well maintained. The washer didn't work for me, it kept stopping and I eventually had to wring out my clothes to put them in the dryer, but maybe it was something I did wrong. I recommend bringing earplugs because the road noise can be loud and you can hear other guests when they're in the hallway. The location is great and the use of the kitchen was appreciated. For the price I paid it was a good stay and I appreciate the management team for making sure the heater was fixed.
