I stayed here specifically to use the full length swimming pool. It was good though it is unsheathed. I also liked the gym. The room however is under equipped for the price. Nothing to make tea or coffee with - there was just a microwave and some glasses. No reading light over the bed. No local information. No instructions on how to use the TV. The internet service only lasts an hour so you need to keep re registering which is annoying.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the people that work there and the location. The room we stayed in had black mould in the bathroom. The pillows were hard as a rock and the sheets did not fit the bed.

Não teve estadia, pq a reserva foi alegada que o quarto estava em obra na hora que eu cheguei ao hotel, aí me ofereceram outro quarto 100 vezes pior a 15 minutos de distância da onde eu estava

Chegamos para fazer checkin , no mesmo momento não sujeitamos a permanecer no local. Roupa de cama imunda, provavelmente flat alugado para hóspede passageiros feito um motel, sujo, pelos na cama, roupas de cama sem trocar, travesseiros imundos, banheiro molhado sem limpas com pelos no chão e gordura. Extremamente sujo. Vou requerer o valor da minha hospedagem de volta.

Horrível. Cheguei as 13 e so podia entrar as 15 (ate ai tudo bem), so queria entrar no quarto. quando deu 15 horas, subi, o quarto estava todo bagunçado. Tinha gente la dentro para limpar. esperei mais 15 minutos, entrei no quarto. um NOJO, todo mofado, cama quebrada (sentei na cama e ela empinou kkk chega a ser engraçado), parede suja, sem ralo no banheiro, cheio de cigarro na sacada. Me trocaram de hotel, falando que tinham um ótimo quarto, cheguei ao outro hotel, mais 20 minutos de Uber, e ninguém tinha passado la para arrumar... Resumo, fui para outro hotel, paguei mais caro, gastei com Uber, e so fui entrar um hotel as 18:30... o Hotel em si é ótimo, mas a empresa que administra os quartos, e os quartos, com todo respeito, mas péssimos

Fui tratado com descaso

Péssima experiência. Cheguei no hotel para fazer check-in, a recepção não tinha as informações da minha reserva. Fui informado que se tratava de reserva de apto de terceiros e eu teria que entrar em contato diretamente com o proprietário - informação essa, inclusive, que não me foi passada no momento da reserva pelo Hotels.com. Solicitei um early check-in de 12h, já que iria fazer check-out cedo pela manhã no dia seguinte. Fui tratado com descaso, me deram um chá de cadeira de 2 horas. No apto, já com a porta fechada e travada, fui surpreendido com um funcionário abrindo a porta para entrar, sem bater e sem autorização. Só não entrou de vez por causa trava interna. O rapaz se desculpando disse que não havia sido informado que o apto tinha hóspede. E para coroar a péssima experiência, algo que nunca vivi em hospedagens: passava das 22h, eu tentando dormir, um hóspede no apto de cima batendo na parede e derrubando coisas do chão. Telefonei para a recepção para tomarem providências. Passado Meia-noite, acordo com os mesmos barulhos. Ligo para a recepção enfurecido decidido eu mesmo ir resolver o problema, quando sou informado que a recepção sequer havia telefonado para o hóspede de cima para verificar o que estava acontecendo. Ameaço chamar a polícia se eles não resolvessem o problema. Em suma, definitivamente, comunicação, consideração, respeito e eficiência não são o forte das empresas envolvidas. Foi a primeira e, certamente, a última experiência com a Studio Living Quality.

Satisfeita

O quarto é muito bom e a recepção dos funcionários da propriedade excelente. Chegamos às 11:30 e como o checkin seria somente às 15:00, guardaram nossa bagagem sem problemas. A observação que faço é para a renovação do enxoval de roupas de cama, inclusive travesseiros, e toalhas de banho que estão muito velhas e aspecto de encardidas. Solicitei a troca quando cheguei e atenderam prontamente, mas apesar de limpas, não estavam boas também.

Péssima

Cheguei no hotel após 12 horas de viagem minha reserva não estava no sistema esperei 40 min até Resolver . O hotel queria me dar um quarto pelo Dobro do preço . O dono do apto não respondia . Após saberem que perdi meu filho há menos de 30 dias me trataram com humanidade e acharam um quarto horrível no 2 andar . Tive que aceitar . O café da manhã paguei a parte horrível .
