Localização EXCELENTE, e o pessoal da Portaria super solícitos e atenciosos. Entretanto, a limpeza do quarto deixou bastante a desejar, o chão estava deliberadamente sujo. A comunicação pré check-in também foi aquém do esperado. As instalações do quarto e do prédio são muito boas.

Appartement agréable, communication compliquée

L'appartement est agréable et situé à proximité d'une station de métro. En revanche la procédure de check-in via WhatsApp a été extrêmement compliquée à tel point que jusqu'au dernier moment je ne savais pas si j'allais bien avoir un logement. Les converstaions par messages étaient interrompues, il était impossible de joindre le personnel par téléphone. Il fallait envoyer énormément d'informations personnelles, une photo du passeport (et non un scan), un selfie, ce deux reprises... Même en envoyant un ami local lusophone vérifier la réservation en amont, ça a été très compliqué. Aucun autre logement en trois semaines au Brésil ne m'a demandé autant d'informations préalables au check-in, donc ça ne doit pas être obligatoire. Bref je déconseille ce logement aux étrangers.
